How many products can I have?
WebShopPro allows you to upload an unlimited number of products. We have powerful search and filtering pipelines to keep things fast for your customers, even if you have 20,000 products online.
Can I import my product data?
Yes! WebShopPro can import product data from a product spreadsheet template.
It also connects to systems like Sage, Xero, MS Dynamics 365 and more, so you can import your product records directly from your accounts system for live stock levels.
How much does it cost?
WebShopPro pricing is quite simple. We charge a flat monthly fee that covers your license, support and hosting. There will be an upfront fee for onboarding and customisations.
We believe this is a simple, honest and transparent structure that provides great value.
Don’t be a victim of your own success! We never charge a percentage fee for your turnover.
In order to cover costs we review pricing annually and occasionally raise prices inline with inflation.
Do I need a server?
No infrastructure required! WebShopPro is hosted entirely in the cloud by us. You can manage your site via a powerful web interface that works on desktops, laptops and large tablets.
Some clients have their own servers and we get that. WebShopPro lives in the cloud with a number of separated core services.
Whilst you can’t host it yourself, we have a number of connectivity options from ODBC to CSV to SQL to let you pipe your data into WebShopPro.
What about bulk re-ordering?
WebShopPro has powerful tools to let your clients repeat and customise past orders.
Time is precious in the trade and we know your customers need a simple and consistent online experience.
My Shipping is complicated, can you handle it?
Yes. We have a powerful shipping module that works out of the box. It has everything you need to mimic charge structures from popular carriers like DPD, Royal Mail, UPS and more.
Not enough? We build custom calculations for complex scenarios. Uplifts, fuel charges, packaging tax, we get it.
We also have integrations with carriers like DX, Carrier Pro and DHL, so you can prepare and print your labels via our online dashboard and save double keying address data!
Payments, however you like
WebShopPro is an ecommerce solution. VizTide is a software company. Neither is a payments company wanting a slice of your earnings.
WebShopPro integrates with a number of popular payment gateways out of the box including, Worldpay, Stripe and Opayo.
If you prefer to use a different payment provider, we will build an integration as part of your project delivery.
We know trade payments are a bit different. WebShopPro is able to let customers use their credit limits online.
